The Pennybacker Club Catering
Lead by Chef Michael Fojtasek, Executive Chef and Owner of Olamaie, the Pennybacker Club will feature 4 different local Austin Chefs throughout tournament week. Each chef will own the catering for an individual day, Wednesday – Saturday, highlighting the cuisine from their restaurants and perhaps testing out new recipes. All four chefs will then collaborate on Sunday for a menu not available anywhere else in Austin.
Pennybacker Club Members will also have first priority to book dinner reservations at each chef’s restaurant throughout tournament week. Please visit the concierge desk in the Pennybacker Club to inquire about availability.
